What’s included in the “maintenance” fee?

The maintenance fee includes the maintenance of your website (e.g. software updates), technical support and hosting and domain renewals.
It doesn’t include things like:
- content upload and content changes after your site has been made live (unless you are unable to do so using the CMS we integrate with your website)
- logo design
- additional domain purchase and renewal
- stock imagery that has been purchased by SBW on the express wish of the customer
- different page layouts requested by the customer once the initial design has been approved
- fundamental changes to the design requested by the customer once the initial design has been approved
- functionality beyond html/css (i.e. database/JavaScript)
- removing ‘Small Business Websites’ from the footer of your website.
- additional features (forms, gallery, blog etc.)
